Thomas

I have been keeping an eye on the podcast, and decided that I have become a couch potato. To remedy this, here is a new Expressions Lesson! :)
Hello, and welcome to Apprendre l'anglais.

Hi Thomas!!!Nice to hear you again!!! I listened your lesson and in France we say:
"il pleut des cordes"(it's raining cats and dogs):Ne sors pas il pleut des cordes.

"c'est du gateau(piece of cake):as tu fais ton exercice de math?oui c'etait du gateau!! :D

Hello Thomas,

Nice to come on the site and hear from you.  Nice, nice, nice...

I asked Mamour, our Champion!!!!,  if she had some news and...nothing!

That you have no time to make a podcast, we can very well understand that, you have your life, and in my opinion, you do not have to apologize for it, you owe nothing to us.

But it would be kind to leave a small message on the forum, it would take you only one minute and all of us (I think) would be delighted to have a little of news even very short.

I came every day on the forum to see there was something new and I was very sad to think that it was maybe the end of the poscast. As said  one of us  one day, new job, new apart, new life! You are so far now. Very happy to see you again.  :D :D :D

Thomas

And celia, I am very glad to be back! :) I really appreciate the fact that everyone is still here posting (well, mostly everyone ;) ), it really makes me feel like the podcast is helpful for people. And yes, I probably should leave a message now and then if I'm going to be busy for a while, but hopefully that will not come up again for a long time now! I have managed to get an episode up, there should be another one this next Thursday, too, plus I sent out a newsletter last night.

I also spent a few hours working on the website redesign last night, too. It is too early to show any of the progress, but as I reach different stages in the redesign, I will be posting some examples here on the forum to see what everyone thinks. Hopefully things will continue to pick up! :)

Hi Thomas

Thank you, we are all waiting for you.  Of course, there are other podcasts on the web but  when I listen to them now, I feel like when I was at school (a long time ago!). They makes me sad. I want a "cool" learning now! ;)

Hi Thomas,

As always, it's a pleasure to hear your podcast on the website.
I don't always have the time to write a quote or observation, but know that I appreciate your job Thomas.

About the expressions from this podcast, even if it's too late, for you here's the good translation about them:

To keep an eye on :  Garder un oeil sur...

Well Tom, have a good day.
In the next time I will go to New York for a weeding  :D  I need to learn more expression and american words  :P
