si tu voulais dire litéralement, oui, c'est "good appetite", mais personne ne dit ça. "he has a good appetite" (or a "big appetite") veut dire qu'il aime beaucoup manger, mais c'est une signification complètement différente. pour souhaiter quelq'un "bon appetit!", c'est la même qu'en français comme dans le clip audio
Du coup, tout les américains parlent le français! 8)
en fait quelqu'un m'a dit que c'était "enjoy your lunch" mais si vous dites que c'est autre chose...
Tu sais qu'il n'y a pas qu'une expression pour dire la même chose. Et c'est pareil dans toutes les langues du monde. ;)

you may have a problem. If your teacher learnt to speak english in england ,and never went to america. he may refuse bon appetit ,because it is an american expression , and not an english expression.
One of my niece had an american boyfriend when she was sixteen . He lived in north carolina and her in Paris ,so she spent one hour or two every day on Msn to talk together, in english for he did'nt speak a little bit of french.
But she lost some points in her homeworks , because her teacher said: It's american, not english,and here I teach you english.
