Quel dommage !

Anyone knows what is the best way to say "quel dommage !", is it "too bad", "what a shame", "what a pity", or whatever else ?

I think it's " what a pity!"
I found it in my dictionary Robert & Collins
I hope it's right.

i know that "too bad" mean dommage but quel dommage i don' know

You guys are right. Just dommage means "too bad", and quel dommage means "what a pity" or "what a shame".
