Hi all, I need for my study formal sentences to introduce and to present a text.
Coul you help me ?

Thomas

Do you mean like you're going to present a text to an audience? You could do something like this...

"Hello/Good morning/Good evening, everybody. My name is [your name here]. I'm studying [what you're studying] here at [place]. Today I'm going to discuss [your topic]."

The more details we have on your presentation (date, place, topic, type of audience, etc...) the better we can help!

I need sentences to present a text like :
This article has been published in New York Times the ten of June 2007.

Thomas

"This article was published in the New York Times on the tenth of June, 2007."

If you need to add more you can say something like "It was written by John Smith, and discusses the problem of trees" but with the correct name and topic, of course :P
