how do you say je t'ai envoyé un e-mail ?I sent an e-mail to you or I sent you an e-mail.
I have a doubt  :-\

I think we say I sent you an email, because it's not that the first choice is wrong, but "ça ne sonne pas bien à l'oreille".  ;D

He's exactly right: most people would say "I sent you an email" because its shorter and easier. But "I sent an email to you" is perfectly correct, as well!
