I've actually never owned a Mac that was in English...this is my second, and they have both been in French from the first startup. It's good practice :P
I love the Mac mini! (especially now with the GC 9400m by nVidia ^^ )
And, Snow Leopard are coming soon! \o/
Indeed it's good pratice to have your computer in French, but what if it broke down ? You would need to bring it to a repairman or something. If he doesn't speak French... :o
