What's this sign on the road means ?

I guess it's a warning for crossroad on the left lane with railroad tracks ?

You got it :) I can barely see up ahead there is a left arrow, indicating that that lane turns left, and would be crossing the railroad tracks, so the sign means that there is a railroad crossing.

Did you find that on Google Street View? I can see the (c) 2007 Google in the background :P

I saw it while my trip to San Jose/ San Francisco.
The first time I  saw this sign, I didn't know what I had to do. :(      .... stop or go  ???
(yes, this picture come from Google street.)

Well, it's not really a "stop or go" kinda sign, it's more of a warning. Now, when you get to the actual crossing itself, there are usually red lights and a bar that lowers if a train is coming, and if those lights are flashing and the bar is lowered, you should stop!
