how would you say "de n'avoir pas pu aller te chercher"? please!! ???
Perhaps your sentence is "I were not able to looking for you" but I'm not sure. Let's wait the opinion from other persons.
the whole sentence it's "désolée de n'avoir pas aller te chercher"
You french sentence is not right but I would say : "sorry for not being able to pick you up"
yes I forgot the word"pu" sorry :-\ de n'avoir pas pu aller!!
thanks a lot ;) for your help!!
yeah Freddyben's answer is really good, and it sounds really natural, too :) And Ben54, your sentence is almost right, you just got the verbs in the wrong tenses.
"I were not able to looking for you" --> "I was not (or wasn't) able to look for you"
It could also be "get you" or "find you" depending on exactly what the situation was, but "pick you up" is probably the best translation.
