When I started listening to some podcast to learn english I made big progress at oral comprehension and it help me to improve my pronounciation.

Hello muidaoui, and welcome to the forum! I would be happy to help you. You say you are level 0, but you write in English, so have you studied before?

Quelques conseils pour commencer: écoute le podcast, et n'oublie pas qu'on peut réécouter (merci jacm ) les épisodes, si on veut. Aussi, comme tu as déjà fait, essaye de parler anglais, par exemple sur le forum, et tu t'amélioreras vite!
